1. Dispatch Location & Handling Time
All orders are inspected and dispatched directly from our fulfillment workshop in Selangor, Malaysia. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day. All packages are vacuum-sealed in individual protective moisture sleeves before courier handover.

3. Tracking & Delivery Verification
Every shipment is assigned a live courier tracking number upon dispatch. You will automatically receive an email confirmation with direct tracking links to Pos Laju, J&T, NinjaVan, or DHL Express. You can also track your parcel at any time via our Track Order portal.
4. Customs, Taxes & International Final Sale Policy
For international shipments outside Malaysia, parcels are dispatched Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Local customs duties or sales taxes (such as VAT or GST) applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Golf gloves are classified under international sporting leather HS Code 4203.21.00.
International Final Sale Policy: Due to cross-border logistics costs and personal athletic hygiene standards, all orders delivered outside Malaysia are strictly Final Sale. We do not accept returns or size exchanges on international shipments. Verified manufacturing defects on arrival are resolved with photo proof within 7 days via concierge@gggolfgear.com without requiring physical cross-border returns.
