1. Overview & Acceptance

By accessing gggolfgear.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Synergik Group Sdn. Bhd (202301034170) (“GG Golf”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Malaysia.

• All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a currency switcher is used. Converted prices are indicative only.
• Prices are accurate at time of publication and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, FPX online banking, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. Orders placed without completed payment will not be dispatched.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or inventory shortfalls, with a full refund issued promptly.

• All items are dispatched from our facility in Selangor, Malaysia within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 1–3 business days; East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) 2–4 business days via standard courier.
• Free express shipping is included on orders totalling RM120 or above, or on multi-pack bundle orders.
• Courier tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or force majeure events.
• International orders: import duties and local taxes applicable to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• All GG Golf gloves are made from 100% genuine full-grain Cabretta sheepskin leather. No synthetic or blended materials.
• Every unit undergoes quality inspection for stitching integrity, leather consistency, and closure function before dispatch.
• Product images are representative of authentic inventory. Minor natural leather grain variations are expected and not considered defects.

5. Returns, Refunds & Defect Policy

Please refer to our full Returns & Quality Policy for complete details. Summary:

• Manufacturing defects: Report within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will issue a replacement or full refund.
• Hygiene policy: Gloves that have been worn during play or practice are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons and natural leather molding.
• Domestic unopened returns (Malaysia): Eligible within 7 days; return courier costs are borne by the customer.
• International orders (Outside Malaysia): Due to cross-border logistics costs and hygiene requirements, all sales delivered outside Malaysia are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or size exchanges. Manufacturing flaws upon arrival are resolved via photo proof within 7 days without requiring physical cross-border shipment.
• Sizing: Please use our interactive size guide before purchasing. We encourage accurate measurement over guessing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on gggolfgear.com — including the GG crest logo, product photographs, written descriptions, and site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Synergik Group Sdn. Bhd. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written consent is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Synergik Group Sdn. Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Consumers in Malaysia are also entitled to raise disputes with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia) for claims up to RM50,000.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of gggolfgear.com following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via website notice.
